How To Save A Life
By The Fray

Alrighty, here's my annual update. haha. I just started classes. This is the second week. I'm really liking them so far. I'm taking a logo/trademark class and a advertising class. Both are pretty interesting. In advertising, I get to look through espn the mag all the time and pick out some cool ads. i'm also taking an American Art class. It's kind of boring right now, but it will get better once we dive into 20th century art. It's really nice to see art tought in classes that I've actually seen, whether at MoMA or the Boston Art Museum. I think this quarter will fly by. I'm supposed to call today about a graduation meeting. wow. almost over. I just got internet and cable today. Finally, I can watch college football saturday. Alabama: 3-0! UT lost! Yippee! Anywho, Me and Tahn have seen a lot of movies lately, not having cable and all for about a week. It's been fun. nice to be back to civilization though.

Wow, I haven't been on here in a long time. A lot's happened since I last wrote. School's out, I'm up in New hampshire now, and I got engaged. Life's going fast. I got a summer internship up in New Hampshire with a creative marketing firm. I'm not getting paid, but the experience is nice. Everything is going really well. I get to see my fiance every day and I'm really happy up here. I miss my fam but I know I wouldn't be as happy in Franktown. Life is great!

So March Madness is coming up. I've only been looking forward to it these past few days. I really have had a lot on my mind lately. It snuck up on me. Only about a week and a half left in the quarter. It's been tough. I'm ready for it to be over. I'm going to New Hamsphire to meet my gf's fam for spring break. I'm excited about actually going somewhere, but I'm not excited about the weather. I think it's gonna be cold. And we're gonna be up there 10 days. I don't even have a big coat that I can wear. We'll see. We're leaving next Thurs. That's the first day of the tournament. So, I probably won't see many games that first week. I don't have too much confidence in myself this year. I've seen probably about 5 games total the entire quarter. Not good. I really don't know who I would pick. I guess I'll have to find some time to study sometime. The end of the quarter is gonna be crazy. I need a break, as usual.

Back to Bedlam

I just saw Munich and I wasn't that impressed. It seemed bland to me. It had action, but the film was tedious and boring and even predictable. I don't know much about the actual hostage crisis. I can't really tell if the film really captured it. It wasn't as exciting as I thought it could of been. Or maybe the story in general wasn't that exciting. You really can't tell if it's all real or if Spielberg just added his personal touch to the crisis. And you really can't even tell it's a Spielberg film. I guess that's a good thing. He's done so many movies, and they're all different.

That national championship game was pretty amazing. And I only caught the second half. It seems both teams were scoring every minute or so. And Texas was the team with the ball last, at least the team with enough time to score.

I saw a touchdown by Reggie Bush. He flew into the endzone. It was pretty amazing. I can see a Heisman winner when I see him play. Vince also proved that he could very well be a Heisman winner. I heard he's gonna be back next year.

I had my first day of classes today. Speech and Astronomy was today. Speech seems ok. Astronomy will be ok too I think, except the professor talks really really fast. And for a field trip for that class, we might go to the Kennedy Space Center. That would rock.
